Okay, what is it?

M-Amps is a family of hand-built Hi-Fi components. The amplifiers of the series are built according to the original circuitry without common negative feedback. The concept of M-Amps amplifiers grew out of the hobby of two generations of fans of quality sound.

The basic idea that unites the devices of the series — the maximum simplicity of the amplifier circuit and extremely high quality element base. The output stages of the power amplifiers operate in class "A", the signal path length is minimized, all switching is done on high-end relays. Highest grade potentiometers are used for the volume control. Tone control units do not use operational amplifiers.

Good old analogue built of the modern elements

M-Amps amplifiers conceptually do not contain digital signal processing, switching and display units.

The range allows you to build an integrated high fidelity amplifier system with any number of amplification channels. Some models are designed specifically for multiroom systems.

Some of the units support three-wire speaker connection, where the feedback loop also covers the cable line from the amplifier to the speaker system. This has a tangible positive effect especially with long speaker cables in systems with concealed installation of components in a separate room.

All M-Amps components come with a five-year warranty and a lifetime limited warranty of free repairs starting in the sixth year of operation.

M9R

R = reference. A reference for how the M9 should work. A class "A" power amplifier without common negative feedback. "Double mono" - two toroidal transformers arranged vertically behind the front panel. Everything else is also in two pieces, except for the button, the indicator and the power connector. Extremely precise, fundamentally powerful.

M9

A handy version of the M9R. We added a preamp and volume control.

M91

This is the M9 with 4 pairs of inputs. Two power transformers have given way to one huge power transformer and another small one to power the input selector. We will add a remote upon request. We've gone to great lengths to make the volume knob, power button, and input selector as tactile-pleasant as possible. Who needs these remotes!

M901

M9 Experimental. While retaining the internal architecture and principles common to the family, this integrated amplifier uses special power stage modules based on the ideology of amplifiers of the 1980s. This is not a precision instrument, but a pleasure machine!
One pair each of inputs and outputs, built-in preamplifier and level control on the potentiometer.
